Step-by-Step Translation of Science into Practical Applications
Everybody is concerned with at least four areas in their life - physical heath, emotional health, mental health, and spiritual health. This series focuses in on the spiritual areas in your life that can be enhanced and in turn affect your mental and physical health. It's designed in a way that leads you on a step-by-step process that leads to unexpected blessings.
This course lays a foundation first by looking at science and research on each topic and then explores the spiritual application more in depth. Research shows that if a person can access their spiritual faith or religious background, they will get better 53% to 70% sooner from depression and anxiety. Would you like to get better 53% - 70% sooner from whatever you're struggling with?
Many struggling with depression and anxiety have give up on spiritual things, and this may be true with you. Is there even a God? If he does exist, does he even care? Maybe you've had a bad experience with religion or religious people. Whether you've had a negative experience with religion and spirituality and want to test the waters, or you've had a positive experience and want to strengthen it, this course is a safe place to explore and enhance the spiritual part of your life.
Hundreds of people have been led through the following materials by Don Mackintosh and have found renewed hope and emotional healing. We are confident this can be the case for you as well if you're willing to explore this aspect of life.
