"Grief is not a disorder, a disease, or a sign of weakness.

It is an emotional, physical, and spiritual necessity.

The only cure for grief is to grieve."

- Earl Grollman

Is there any purpose to my pain? Will this fog of despair ever lift? Why am I angry all the time? Why am I pushing away the people I'm closest to? What can I do when I feel like I'm sinking and might not resurface?

Can you relate to these questions? Are you tired of bearing this load of pain alone? Do you wish there was a system to processing grief in a way that would bring some relief?

Join Karen Nicola as she walks beside you and helps you navigate your unique grief. Learn how putting into practice healthy grief principles can lead to restoration and healing.

Introduction

6 Principles of Healthy Grieving

Testimonial

"This course has helped me to do my own 'necessary grief work'. To feel the pain, acknowledge something bad has happened and to start the healing journey. I learnt something valuable from each module and found the exercises very helpful. The module on forgiveness was especially beneficial. Challenging, yes! But oh, so worthwhile. I would encourage others to take this course and to share it as we will all face loss and grief in our journey at some point if we haven't already." -Linda

"I think this invitation to learn about grief and grieving is lovely and well-thought-out. Because I am a writer, I love peace and quiet, but lately, because of the pandemic, it is all too easy to be alone and isolated too much. Movies were working as an escape for a while but now I find I am needing something to formally guide me who has experience dealing with grieving people.Thank you for this opportunity to have your help guiding me. Thank you, Karen."
